Responsibilities: 

• Conduct and perform testing (both manual and automated) 

• Design and develop test scripts using automated test tools 

• Help development team troubleshoot issues 

• Fine tune system performance 

• Review system design for maintainability, scalability and efficiency 

• Highlight any outstanding problems/issues that require directions at regular 

progress review meetings 

• Undertake any other responsibilities or tasks as and when directed 

●Facilitate communication, decision making and conflict resolution within the 

Agile/Scrum team 

• Tacking of product backlog and schedule 

• Assist in technical/architecture solutioning and design 

• Adhere to coding standards 

• Application testing, Documentation, Application support 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Degree in Computer Studies, Information Technology or Equivalent 

●Minimum of 3 years working experience 

●3 years of Scrum Master experience 

• Experience in .NET (C#) is a must 

• Technical background is a must 

• Scrum Master/OutSystems certification is an advantage 

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies is an advantage 

● 

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

• Possess strong analytical and problem- solving skills 

• Experience with OutSystems web and/or mobile application development is 

an advantage
